All spaces are 8x10 includes pipe & drape, a 6' standard table, 2 chairs and trash bin. Electrical can be requested for extra fee. If an Exhibitor wishes to have a bigger space, they can do so by purchasing a second space. WICE will pair the spaces together.

What are the exhibitor set-up and break-down times?

Set up and break down times will be listed on the WICE event schedule & listed above where approved. Standard set up times are 1 hour prior to the WICE event. Break down times are 1 hour post WICE event. 

Can marketing materials be shipped directly to the venue?

YES, but please note this depends on the venue. Please contact WICE directly and let WICE know that you would like to have marketing items shipped to the venue. We can then let you know if the venue will take direct shipments. Please note, if a venue does not accept direct shipments, exhibitors can bring items with them the day of the WICE event.

 What if I need to update my registration information?

All registration information is due 14 days prior to the date of the WICE event that the sponsor/exhibitor registered for. Any changes that need to be made email directly to Women in Cannabis Expo. womenincannabisexpo@yahoo.com

 Is there a cutoff date for registering?

Sponsors/Exhibitors can be added up to the day prior to the event if there is availability. Please note if a sponsor/exhibitor is a late add, the Women in Cannabis Expo is not responsible for the sponsor/exhibitor not being listed on a printed schedule, website or social media posts. It's ALWAYS best to register as early as possible. Sponsors/exhibitors spots sell out.

 What should an exhibitor bring to the WICE expo?

Exhibitors can bring NON-THC display items including, marketing banners, marketing materials, brand sales sheets, brochures, business cards, & pricing.  No large equipment is allowed at our expos at this time. Banner recommendations: rollup banners are encouraged but not required.

What if I need to cancel my ticket or transfer my registration?

All Ticket sales are final.  In the case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances where event gathering limit is not raised to a minimum viable number or the city or local county has not permitted event gatherings on the planned dates, the Women in Cannabis Expo reserves the right to postpone any of our events and will move the event to the next feasible date and your credit will be moved forward to the new date. No refunds will be provided due to force majeure circumstances. 

Registrations may be transferred to another individual, or advanced to our next Women in Cannabis Expo event. If you need to do either of these transactions email us before the event: womenincannabisexpo@yahoo.com

Do I need a medical card to attend? 

NO. Cannabis is not permitted at any WICE events due rules and regulations of venue contracts. 

Anyone over 21 with valid ID may purchase tickets to attend WICE.

How do I book my hotel room? 

WICE has a limited room block that will be released soon. Please also check the surrounding areas for hotels. 

Will any cannabis be sold at the expo? 

 This is a NON-CANNABIS CONSUMPTION and SAMPLE event. Exhibitors are not allowed to distribute, sell, gift, or consume any medicated or live THC products at the venue at all times.   

Are CEU or education credits offered? 

We are looking at having this added to our events. Currently not available

Will food be served?

ALL Lunch breaks are independent for speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. WICE sometimes provides snacks during the day, but this varies based on the venue. Light appetizers will be served during the WICE networking mixer.

Tickets are required for ALL Attendees, Speakers & Sponsors

Purchased tickets are required for all attendees.
